The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, full oven, gas hob etc. (see equipment list) and also includes a small breakfast table (an old oak grape press). There are two twin rooms above the lounge and a double bedroom with four poster above the kitchen. Bedrooms are reached via short flights of stairs off the mezzanine balcony.

Outside there is a small private garden area with dining table, parasol six chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

The outdoor area is very private and quiet as it is adjacent to the card park and on the road side of the cottage rather than close to the main lawn. Colombard is closest to the pool area ( across the card park ).
